With a PhD in International Management and having led a global P&L at consulting and analytics firm, Gallup, I specialize in leveraging the unique strengths of senior leadership team members to deliver measurable results. Drawing on more than 20 years as an advisor to the C-suite across technology, retail, healthcare, automotive, entertainment and gaming, I facilitate the mindset shifts required by teams going through significant change; from creating alignment around a brand refresh to preparing to go public.
