As an Operations and Finance Strategist – I bring structure to scaling and rapid growth phases. I specialize in financial performance, modeling, and putting systems in place to realize (even the most aggressive) targets. I believe in bottom-up leadership, scrutinizing data, and making informed data-driven decisions to maximize profits and streamline processes. I love putting the pieces of the puzzle together and visualizing the picture that not everyone can see. I enjoy uncommon spaces (like teaching Economics and leading organizational operations). I know most employees get frustrated with leadership, but there is value in setting standards and bringing structure to how work works! My gift is bridging that gap. I have a similar analytical personality at home and at work. I love to plan. Even planning an annual trip with friends and family. My love language is to plan things for others. A bit introverted, so please don’t mistake my quietness for not valuing my relationships. My heart to serve stems from watching my parents give. I feel so fortunate, so I choose to pay it forward. If you’re going to live in a community, you need to plug into it. I embrace getting to become even more well-rounded because of my volunteer service.
