In my time with Airgas, I have enjoyed supporting our employees through employee relations and learning initiatives. Contributing to the rollout of Airgas University has been a pleasure and it has been exciting to see it grow and really take off. In my role here, I also collaborate with leaders throughout the organization to assist with succession planning and develop specialized instruction for key employee groups.
