Hourly training material maintenance in partnership with our operation partners who identify business process updates. These are then implemented, translated, tickets opened with our systems team to update training content on our LMS (ex. Walmart’s bagless initiative).* Curriculum and on the job activity creation for accelerated market leader program included analyzing role requirements, identifying key store operational business needs in partnership with SMEs.* Internal web page design using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), first time author successful launch of hourly and manager role development pathway pages. Expanded authoring responsibilities with management essentials resource page development, updates and regular maintenance to these pages in EN/FR.* Lead hourly program curriculum design including on the job activity creation that was adapted to the newly created role. Program was delivered in tight timelines through regular communication and collaboration with our operational and compliance partners.*Content curation for our internal Walmart University launch, included researching open education resources and Skillsoft library that aligned to business leadership skills.* Management Essentials curriculum design and learning activity maintenance has been ongoing since inception in 2018. This includes tracking, prioritizing and completing updates to participant guides and assessment Storyline files. Managing timelines with translation and systems through proactively working with SMEs and facilitation delivery team.* Transformed management training from instructor led classroom delivery to a blended learning management program. This included end to end design; curriculum development, participant self paced study guides for on the job learning, job aids, scripts for video content, scenario and soft skill eLearning, and assessments.
