Within my current job role I am responsible for the co-ordinating of hard and soft services. Some of these include technical, cleaning, pest, catering, and estate along with facilitating all sub-contractors to ensure that an effective and efficient service is delivered in accordance with all on site Health & Safety policies and Rolls Royce Health & Safety Standards. During my time at Rolls Royce I have completed the Contractor Supervisor Officer course that now enables me to carry out site safety checks as per the Rolls Royce health and safety standards and support the wider team of Contractor Supervisors with onboarding subcontractors through the ConCo process by ensuring RAMS and work authorization forms are completed before any works commence onsite. Within my current job role I also carry out the following tasks:• Day-to-day responsibility for assisting the delivery of hard and soft services.• Provide day to day administration support to the Client Services Team in both Property Inspection and Compliance activities• Support any audit checks that are required by the executive Health and Safety Team and help implement improvements from any observations• Conduct periodic site walks to ensure contractors activities are appropriate & consistent with their RAMS• Attend site review meetings and update executive team of any site safety concerns along with submitting a monthly report• Ensuring all subcontractor works are booked on site in advance and making the client aware of this and any hazards and obstructions.
