Annette L. Redmond is a nationally respected senior executive and intelligence leader with over three plus decades of experience spanning the U.S. Army, Department of Defense, Department of State, and defense industry. A retired Army Lieutenant Colonel and former Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Intelligence Policy and Coordination, she has led enterprise-level intelligence, operations, cybersecurity, and IT modernization efforts across the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and diplomatic missions worldwide.Annette’s career reflects deep expertise in strategic intelligence operations, interagency coordination, and technology innovation. She served as the Intelligence CIO for both the Army and State Department, directing global classified IT environments, cybersecurity programs, and sensitive compartmented information systems.
