About Annette James
With a master\'s degree in Communication and Media Studies from Christ University, I am passionate about helping organizations up-skill their work force through engaging and effective learning solutions. As a Senior Instructional Designer at Walmart Global Tech India, I have written scripts and developed content for various training formats, such as Instructor-led Trainings, Nano-learning courses, and job aids, using Adobe Experience Manager and other software tools. I have also trained and managed other team members and vendor teams, and contributed to short-term projects. In my previous roles, I have designed and facilitated verbal and soft skill training for college students, and developed e-Learning courses for enterprise processes using simulations and technical content. I have also demonstrated strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills in an account management role. I am looking for a challenging role that will allow me to apply my UX and QA skills, as well as my experience in learning management systems, to create impactful and innovative training content for diverse audiences and domains.
