Prior 1 year and 10 month of development made a large enough impact we are hiring multiples levels. Successful start up I would consider it. Now my shift and focus moves to: Deep Dive of developing INFOR ERP, Manufacturing redefinement, Materials and Procurement, and Maintenance. Developing Plant Preventative Maintenance system for two Buildings. Developing Purchasing and vendor contracts. Major overhaul on inventory management, inventory process flow into and out of WHS locations. Teaching on how the system reacts to due dates, job orders, customer orders, and inefficiencies when we skip a step. Mind set changes on all levels of employees.
