The Product Compliance Coordinator supports Product Compliance activities, with focus on related complaint handling, MDR/Viglance, and field actions activities. This position provide back-up to other product compliance functions as needed. Evaluate all incidents submitted via phone, email and incident application for completeness. Work with customer service and filed personnel to obtain any missing incident information. Enter incident information as reported into incident complaint base (InfoMed 9). Close or assign incidents to Reliability Engineering as required by SOP. Maintain all incident files for tracking and/or historical reference.
