About Anne Susalski

My first tech job came from an unlikely place: coaching a K–8 track team. My knack for organizing chaos with spreadsheets caught the principal’s eye, and she asked me to run the school’s computer lab. I don’t have a teaching degree, but I’m creative, curious, and driven -traits that proved essential for dealing with discontinued eMacs, outdated software, and miles of tangled cables. I resolved to make it work, and by the next year, I had secured funding to modernize the campus with new computers, software, and equipment.That experience sparked my passion for engaging with people through technology. I didn’t realize it then, but I was on a path to building solutions that help people get better at what they do, whether leveling up skills or mastering systems to improve their productivity.A chance encounter led me to SaaS startup LiquidPlanner, where I jumped into support and training, spending thousands of hours with customers and channeling their feedback into product development. I transitioned into product management and became Director of Customer Experience. I managed the beta program and built the in-app academy (LMS) for a major product launch, all before Tempo acquired LiquidPlanner in 2023.At Tempo, I expanded my scope to lead the rebrand of LiquidPlanner to Portfolio Manager and work on Capacity Planner, a top capacity and team management solution in the Atlassian Marketplace. I also led the agile transition for both products.Today, I shape the Teams & Capacity module for Tempo\'s AI-powered Adaptive Strategic Portfolio Management platform. We\'re building enterprise-ready software to balance demand with team capacity, align priorities, and help organizations adapt as reality changes - a mission that inspires me every day.
