Chief of Staff to the CEO - Advise, coach, and assist the CEO in strategic decisions, public speaking, and problem-solving- Establish and ensure the successful execution of the company’s overall governance. Organize, prepare (clear & concise presentations), and lead Executive Committees and monthly Performance Reviews with the Shareholder (Business Reviews)- Manage financial and operational performance KPIs (EBITDA, OPEX, productivity, etc.) and lead the budgeting process in close collaboration with Finance and BU managers- Facilitate collaboration within the Executive Committee and/or management teams, listen to critical issues/topics, and provide solutions in close coordination with the CEO.Head of Transformation and Strategic Projects - Business turnaround (restructuring) – Design, structure, and lead a corporate turnaround project to restore profitability: asset divestiture (M&A), redefinition of the corporate strategy by Business Unit, and complete organizational overhaul. 2024 results:+€7M in operational profit (EBITDA)- Organizational transformation – Develop and implement an organizational transformation project: following a merger, drive a deep evolution of the local corporate culture to align with the Group’s culture, redesign governance and leadership rituals in coherence with the new culture, and support the Executive Committee in leading the change. Establish an Operational Excellence team, support the implementation of key projects (harmonization of in-store processes, performance management)- Strategic project management – Oversee and coordinate strategic projects, ensuring all departments are aligned and progressing toward defined objectives. Key projects: deployment of a new ERP, redesign of \"Order to Cash\" and \"Purchase to Payment\" processes, asset divestiture (over 10 retail locations), and digitalization of in-store processes.
