In my many years as a Sr. Transaction Manager/Paralegal, I have honed in on what it takes to successfully drive commercial real estate transactions from beginning to end. Whether I am reviewing and summarizing purchase agreements, tracking important contractual due dates, reviewing title and survey, preparing organizational documents, or reviewing closing documents and closing statements, it is a process that I thoroughly enjoy and one that gives me a real sense of accomplishment when we cross the finish line and close a transaction. At STNL, it\'s all about teamwork and I work with an incredible team that I am extremely proud to be a part of.

   As Senior Transaction Manager/Paralegal, I am responsible for reviewing various legal documents associated with commercial real estate transactions, reviewing title and survey, tracking key contract dates, reviewing settlement statements for accuracy, the formation and dissolution of affiliated entities together with filing annual reports, and the accuracy and timely delivery of closing documents.It is my personal goal to exceed the expectations of all parties involved in the transaction process by embracing a friendly, helpful and high-level professional attitude. I play a pivotal role in representing STNL Development during meetings and conference calls involving lenders and legal counsel and enjoy the relationships I have built since joining the firm.
