Anne brings a deep slate of operational experience in the international software arena to her role at Tiugo Technologies. From 2018 to 2020, Anne served as CFO of Longview Solutions, a leading provider of Corporate Performance Management, Tax and BI solutions, guiding the company through their successful exit to Insightsoftware. Previously, Anne served as both CFO and Board Director of Solarsoft, a Marlin Equity Partners portfolio company, guiding the company in its initial buy and build strategy and through its successful exit to Epicor. Anne was involved in several transactions as a consultant at Marlin Equity, working alongside the funds’ operating partners providing advisory and due diligence services.Anne gained her foundational software and transaction experience during her 14 years at SunGard Data Systems through roles of increasing responsibility across the company\'s then $2B+ software business, culminating in the role of Vice President and Group CFO, Enterprise Solutions Group. Anne’s deal experience included sourcing, due diligence, investment committee and integration responsibility across more than 15 transactions during her tenure.Between 2012 and 2017, Anne led the founding and launch of Independence Mission Schools (IMS), a $26m non- profit organisation based in Philadelphia, PA and from 2021 to 2022 Anne served as VP of Finance and Operations for Cristo Rey Philadelphia High School.
