Visceral Business specialises in digital business strategy, design and data management. It developed Interaction Value Mapping as an approach which fully integrates digital and data-enabled business modelling and change management. Combining people skills, data strategies and digital business design, the focus of this work is delivering quantifiable ROI for digital transformation projects. I have also provided coaching and mentoring to commercial, public sector and not-for-profit organisations such as Cornwall Council, Macmillan Cancer Support, Dept International Trade and The Work Foundation.

ABOUT ANNE MCCROSSAN
Specialist in digital business design, organisational transformation and data strategies, delivering value through interactive, data-enabled operating environments and facilitating and managing change. In 2008, I founded Visceral Business, a consulting venture, and in this capacity have been the Lead for the Open Data Institute for Cornwall. Between 2019 and 2023, I have been designing and delivering the Master Data Management Strategy for Cornwall Council, now established across the Council as part of its Digital Futures programme, and the design architecture and rollout of the Council\'s Corporate File Plan - a single digital information asset for the whole organisation. The core of my work is providing strategic support for a wide range of large organisations across strategic development and innovation, data-enabled strategy, user-led business models, performance culture design and quantified organisation. My client experience covers retail, fmcg, tech, financial services, public sector, travel, leisure, B2B, pharma, professional services, not for profit, luxury goods and housing clients. To go back a bit, in 1984 I was part of the team that launched Apple Macintosh in the UK. Over the last 15 years, Visceral Business has been regarded as a leading digital business innovation practice and been selected by Microsoft as one of the UK’s social and digital business influencers http://bit.ly/1hKSn5M. In 2008, I was one of the collaborating authors of the book \'Business Model Generation\' and in 2019 was made a Fellow of The Young Foundation. I\'ve been on the Future of Work Global Advisory Board, part of Change Agents and Wirerachy global groups. As a Trustee of Child’s i Foundation we were awarded 2012 Tech4Good\'s Charity of the Year.Our work, which includes pivotal benchmark studies in digital development across charities, housing, and food retail, has been featured in noteworthy publications like \'The Icarus Deception\',\'Business Reimagined\', and \'The Neo Generalist\'.I have often spoken on digital business models, dynamic data, communities, networks, digital brands, and cultures at various conferences and events, including at ‘Beyond the Smart City’, the Open Data Summit, and as a TEDx Speaker in Washington DC and Bow in 2010 and 2013 respectively.In 2014 I took up ceramics. In 2015 I was offered a studio by John Bedding, Honorary Potter at the Leach Pottery and moved to Cornwall, where I now make ceramics full time.
