My role bridges systems, people, and policy—ensuring equitable, data-informed admissions decisions while supporting students, families, and school-based teams-Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the selective admissions process, from application intake to placement decisions-Produce dashboards and reports that drive strategic planning and operational decisions-Provide training and technical support to school teams, ensuring consistent and accurate use of systems-Oversee data quality, eligibility verification, and academic reporting using PowerSchool and other platforms-Collaborate with developers and district leaders to refine admissions tools and improve user experience-Coordinate exam event logistics and ensure timely delivery of results and placement communications-Support students and families throughout the process, offering responsive customer service and guidance.
