My work is driven by a deep passion to understand systems, co-create solutions, and translate insights into real-world impact.Currently, I work with Mantra4Change as a Research and Design Lead, collaborating across five districts as part of the Systemic Leadership Collective — where I support the design and monitoring of district-level education programs through co-creating LFAs, concept notes, and contextual strategies with partner NGOs.I also manage the Edumentum-R incubation program, working closely with emerging grassroots organisations to strengthen their program design, documentation, and strategic communication.    At Mantra4Change, I work as a Research and Design Lead under the Shikshagraha initiative, contributing to two core verticals — the Systemic Leadership Collective and the Edumentum-R incubation program.As part of the Systemic Leadership Collective, I collaborate with local NGO partners across five districts (Nagapattinam, Vikarabad, North Urban Bangalore, Mohali, and Patiala) to co-design and support the scaling of district-level education programs. My role involves working closely with partner teams to develop Logical Framework Analyses (LFAs), monitoring frameworks, concept notes, donor reports and decks that reflect local contexts and systemic priorities.In the Edumentum-R incubation program, I work with five early-stage education organizations, offering strategic and design support to strengthen their programs, documentation, and internal systems. This includes co-creating program documents, supporting fundraising efforts, building reports and presentations, and facilitating capacity-building in collaboration with subject experts.Across both verticals, my work lies at the intersection of program design, stakeholder collaboration, research translation, and communication for impact.
