ABOUT ANNE MARIE SEGAL

I am an executive coach, writer and the founder of Segal Coaching LLC. Since April 2015, I have partnered with senior and other leaders to accelerate and refine their gravitas, emotional intelligence, personal branding and executive presence. In many cases I work with clients over multiple years, and we work together to create increasing and sustainable impact in their careers and, by extension, their lives. I also help clients by assisting with resumes, board and professional bios and LinkedIn® profiles, with a particular focus on how these key “career marketing documents” tell a concise, compelling and convincing story. Clients value me for- asking timely, challenging and often game-changing questions- translating complex work histories into clear, compelling brands, and - facilitating rewarding, risk-appropriate and personalized solutions. My clients are generally senior leaders and/or board of director candidates, and many (but far from all) have Chief Legal Officer or General Counsel among their titles. They represent a range of industries and employers, including Amazon, American Express, Apple, AT & T, Coca-Cola, GE, Google, IBM, JP Morgan, Novartis, Roche, numerous private equity firms and other organizations across the globe. I am also a public speaker and author of two highly regarded books, and I have been quoted by multiple media outlets on the topic of careers. At the height of the pandemic, I served two terms as the Facilitator of the PODER25 (HNBA | Via Fund) General Counsel diversity pipeline and accelerator program and introduced a robust slate of virtual programs.
