Food & Beverage Outlets Manager @Four Seasons

Managing daily operations of food and beverage outlets, room service and banquets- Coordinating special events, theme nights, and holiday promotions- Replacing the Director of F&B in his absence and conducting daily, weekly, and monthly meetings- Working closely with the Resort Manager, General Manager and Asset Manager- Developing and managing budgets for outlets- Recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising staff- Participating in recruitment fairs and being part of HACCP champions group- Committed to upholding quality standards (LQA, audits, …) and maximizing customer satisfaction through effective communication and collaboration with various departments- Analysing financial performance and implementing cost control measures- Managing the F&B Annuals, Headcount’s and Revplan- Monitoring revenue and expenses to ensure profitability- Collaborating with chefs and culinary teams on menu design, promotions, and updates- Negotiating contracts and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors- Conducting regular inspections of food preparation and presentation.
