   Stood up the ResearchOps function for the Global Real Estate & Facilities GREF (organization); lead 3 contract ResearchOps consultants and run an SLA-based intake & triage program- Achieved 100% adoption by 10 researchers of a new Airtable 3-in-1 research operations system — combining a Research Project Tracker, a Research Repository (project archive + insights library), and a Playbook Library (process documentation) — within 6 months of launch, improving visibility, searchability, and knowledge reuse- Oversee Playbook Library in Airtable (SOPs & templates) to standardize workflows across researchers- Deliver white-glove recruitment while designing a self-service, AI-assisted system to scale participant operations- Tooling: Airtable, Dscout, UserTesting, Great Question (renewals, feature requests, best-practices).
