With over 8 years of work experience in human resources, I am a passionate talent acquisition consultant at Schneider Electric, focusing on sustainability. I partner with business leaders and hiring managers to identify, attract, and hire diverse and qualified candidates who share our vision of creating a greener future. I also design and deliver training and communication programs to enhance the candidate experience and the employer brand. Previously, I was a campus and early career recruiter at Schneider Electric, where I developed and implemented innovative strategies to engage and hire top talent from universities and colleges. Before that, I was an HR business partner at Nissan Motor Corporation, where I supported the performance management, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives for a global team. I have strong skills in empathy, training, and communication, and I am always eager to learn and grow in my field.
