ABOUT ANNELIE SCHAIRER
I am dedicated to a high standard of performance and have over 15 years biological research experience in both academic and pharmaceutical industry. My results have been published in multiple publications including PNAS, Nature and Cancer Cell. Additionally, my work has been used in several clinical trials. As the result of my fifteen years of research experience, I have acquired a variety of skills including various in vitro phenotypic assays, RNA and DNA isolation, qPCR, Fluidigm, Polysomal Shift Assay, western blotting, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, flow cytometry, cell culture, peripheral blood mononuclear cell isolation, and virus culture and techniques. In addition to my in vitro experience, I have experience working with small animals in vivo. This experience includes primary transplantation of patient-derived cells, serial transplantations, in vivo imaging using the IVIS 200 optical imaging system and drug administrations. Furthermore, I have planned and executed complicated inhibitor studies using these murine models.
