This past summer I worked as Operations and Intern Team Lead at Hampden Clothing, where I balanced both behind-the-scenes operations and client-facing responsibilities. From assisting stylists and managing stock to creating spreadsheets, planning sales events, and supporting pop-up activations, I learned how every detail contributes to a seamless luxury retail experience.One of my favorite parts of the role was mentoring and managing our intern team, helping with onboarding, training, and building a professional but collaborative environment. I also had the chance to connect with incredible designers and brand reps, which gave me a firsthand look at the industry I want to grow in.Overall, this experience strengthened my skills in leadership, communication, and project execution while deepening my understanding of luxury fashion. I’m excited to carry these lessons forward as I continue building my career.
