My current role involves managing key clients UK wide, maintaining strong relationships and being the main point of contact for any enquires, issues, updates etc. I carry out regular review meetings to communicate all changes, enhancements and additions to our product portfolio and keep my customers informed of new Advanced Application developments. I also head up our Unique WFM Practice, working with our customers to ensure they are receiving the best WFM support possible and encouraging networking and sharing of best practice with other WFM customers through forums and events.Our current solution portfolio includes market leading CCaaS solutions including NICE CXone and Amazon Connect and WEM solutions including Interaction Recording and Quality Optimisation, Interaction Analytics, Workforce Management and Performance Management, Attended and Unattended Robotic Automation, Voice of the Customer and other solutions to help customers to achieve compliance like PCI-DSS and GDPR. SVL Business Solution have helped many clients optimise their current processes, improve customer satisfaction and first time call resolution and also to improve their Employee Engagement.
