Act as the central point of contact for prospective clients during trials and projects, managing the trial process, including tracking and success criteria;• Develop training and onboarding collateral for trials and initial customer onboarding in collaboration with the marketing team;• Partner with the product team to collect prospect and client feedback, influencing the product development roadmap;• Own onboarding processes and articulate them in meetings and prospect discussions, ensuring existing clients realize value and leading retention and renewal discussions;• Run Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key clients to maintain high customer value perception throughout the client lifecycle;• Ensure timely reporting of at-risk clients and renewal revenue impact;• Represent the Client Success function within the commercial leadership team;• Provide input into the development of the CRM system (Salesforce) to accurately track and predict revenue impact based on client value perception;• Work collaboratively with the rest of the commercial team to map out the details of the client lifecycle and create processes for each step.
