E-RYT® 200, RYT® 500, YACEP®I teach yoga to anyone: beginners, any age, any experience. I teach all varieties of yoga including a vigorous Hatha flow, Restorative and Prenatal yoga. I\'ve taught with OwlTree Yoga, Element Yoga and teach regularly at the Downtown YMCA. I served as a yoga instructor for the CALM Program through the Compassionate Schools Project. Previously, I taught 3 weekly classes to youth (Ages 4-17) at Our Lady of Peace psychiatric hospital. I create curriculum and lead the inclusion, kid\'s yoga, prenatal, and restorative segments of the yoga teacher training. I have served as a mentor to yoga teacher trainees. One of my favorite gigs: serving as a teaching artist with Commonwealth Theatre Center leading workshops in acting and drama around bullying and expression. I have worked with preK - middle school using theatre to build literacy skills, reduce bullying and digest everything from math to American History. I also coach adults in improvisation, stage presence and teamwork.
