She began her career in customer experience and digital strategy working with global brands including Starbucks, Electronic Arts, and Nike before transitioning into the emerging regulated cannabis industry.Anne has played a key role in launching and scaling new cannabis markets, including supporting the rollout of federal legalization in Canada and advocating for cannabis retailers to be recognized as essential businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic. She has collaborated with leading brands such as Cookies, StarBuds, and NativeRoots to help build compliant, technology-driven retail operations.In New York, Anne has been a key advocate for cannabis social equity programs, forging cross-sector alliances between nonprofits, businesses, and government agencies to drive meaningful change.
