As a Capacity Planning Program Manager with Amazon, I am responsible for ensuring that my span of organisations are properly staffed across 2 years and that resources are allocated efficiently. Creating right plan is critical as over staffing leads to financial drain and under staffing leads to high burnout among employees and low customer satisfaction impacting the organisation brand value.In short, I help Amazon not hire too many or too few employees.Prior to this role, I worked as a Real Time Analyst and Workforce Analyst, where I mainly focussed on acheiving service levels and automation of reporting tasks to reduce manual efforts for my team and I was recognized as the top performing RTA for the India region.I find it exciting to work in workforce management domain which involves managing service levels, performing data analysis, and devising real time strategies to mitigate contingencies that can adversely impact the customers and customer experience.For a brief period I led a team of 7 passionate analysts before switching to capacity planning.With a strong background in optimizing team performance and ensuring customer satisfaction, I am committed to delivering results that exceed expectations.
