ABOUT ANNE DOEPNER
As the Senior Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) at Minnesota Vikings, I lead the strategy and implementation of DEI initiatives across the organization, working with senior leadership, employees, partners, and community stakeholders to foster a culture of inclusion and belonging. I have over four years of experience in this role, and I am passionate about advancing DEI in the sports industry and beyond.I am also the Chairwoman of WISE Twin Cities, a chapter of the national organization Women in Sports and Events, where I oversee the board of directors, the membership, and the programming. I have been involved with WISE since 2018, and I am honored to be recognized as a 2020 Women in Business Honoree and a 2023 SBJ All In Leader in DEI. Additionally, I am a public speaker on topics such as DEI, leadership, career development, and sports management, and I have spoken at various events and institutions, including the NFL Women\'s Summit, the WISE National Symposium, and Cornell College. My core competencies include social networking, operations, marketing communications, and public speaking. I hold a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, and I speak English and French. My top five Clifton Strengths are futuristic, woo, restorative, includer, and significance. I am driven by a vision of creating a more equitable and inclusive world through sports and events.
