I concentrate my practice in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, and employment law. I create personalized estate plans by listening to clients\' needs and goals, which process includes tax planning, business succession planning, and the preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care proxies, living wills, HIPAA authorizations, funeral/burial instructions, real estate trusts, trustee certificates, deeds, homesteads, etc. I assist clients with the administration of estates and trusts by thoughtfully guiding the process after the loss of a loved one. I serve in the fiduciary roles of Personal Representative, Trustee, and Conservator. I also work with young adults heading off to college to prepare powers of attorney, health care proxies, and HIPAA authorizations. I am a Notary Public.I also have experience in discrimination, harassment, wrongful discharge, wage/hour, unemployment, and probate litigation. I counsel clients on a variety of employer/employee rights, including the review of separation agreements and severance packages, termination rights, internal complaints, etc.
