   Lead Tenement Museum’s Human Resources Department with responsibilities for all aspects of HR including Performance Management, Talent Acquisition and Management, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits and Employee Engagement.•Led management team in negotiating Museum’s first and subsequent union contracts ensuring a fair and financially sustainable union contract. Manage all union issues including Labor/Management Committee and grievances. • Evaluated, identified and implemented a new payroll and HRIS system enabling comprehensive reporting, system wide controls and employee self-service.• Conducted D&I assessment and created a 12 person D&I Council to help the Museum focus on diversity and inclusion both internally and externally.• Co-led Museum’s COVID 19 reopening and response plan including all return-to-work policies and protocols. • Guided key stakeholders through a process to design and implement a new performance management program that introduced goal setting, competencies, and ongoing feedback and communications.• Developed a comprehensive onboarding program to help employees better understand the organization’s culture and operating norms. • Provided workshops and training sessions to address communications, dealing with implicit bias, listening and effective feedback, performance management and goal setting.• Conducted review of Museum benefit offerings and made a number of improvements to address gaps in offerings. • Trained to facilitate and deliver one of the Museums key public tours focusing on two immigrant families that lived at 97 Orchard Street in the 1860’s and 1930’s.
