About Anne Tollinger

Anne runs towards challenges. She takes pleasure in uncovering, understanding, and resolving them with the best available intelligence. This is the stuff of her daydreams. And when a process can be optimized for greater effectiveness, she embraces the challenge. Just do it the way we always have, said Anne never. She’s ok with shirking convention. She traded in her problem-solving pleasure seeking (and Los Angeles) to become a resident of Singapore and the Isle of Man, while traveling to 30 countries across 5 continents. She honed her consulting chops along the way and stayed in touch with major cultural and industry trends by reading and streaming a regular diet of American content. An anthropologist at heart, she thinks these experiences not only make her a better analyst but also position stakeholders to see problems through a finer lens. In 2017, Anne took a career break to welcome her son to the world and redirect her energies towards raising him to be a kind, curious, and inspired human being. He’s a work in progress with the support of revolving strategic initiatives. Being a mom has been the most transformational role of her life in which she became a more effective listener, communicator and planner. In this time Anne also developed a passion for yoga and leaned into her volunteer work with NAMI, the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization.
