After 14 years of growing my career as a commercial contract negotiator with IBM, I have expanded my skill set in the technology/AI/ML space over the past year with Zscaler, a leading global cloud-based cybersecurity company. As a member of the company’s AI/ML Due Diligence team, I have developed a deep understanding of AI governance and AI policy in order to provide legal leadership in this area.At Zscaler, I negotiate complex inbound and outbound vendor technology agreements and partner with business leaders across the organization to provide pragmatic legal advice that aligns with commercial goals. In Q1 2026, I earned the Go To Market Quarterly Impact Award from the Chief Revenue Office for driving revenue.Previously at IBM, I steered some of the organization’s largest transactions. In 2025, I led a team to close $4.5B in commercial sales contracts, of which I individually closed $750M.
