ABOUT ANNE WEHR

A New York-based editor and managing editor, I specialize in art books and artists\' books. Recent projects include exhibition catalogues for Ruth Asawa, Felix Gonzalez-Torres, Yayoi Kusama, and Wolfgang Tillmans. I also oversee all aspects of production for publications, from first concept to final release. This can include writing or content editing, overseeing design and printing, and managing budgets and schedules-all with the aim of realizing the client\'s vision through excellent quality and flawless content. With more than fifteen years of experience, beginning at the Whitney Museum of American Art, I have worked closely with many art galleries, institutions, and artists. For artists\' books, I most enjoy collaborating with artists to bring their vision for the publication into the practical realm of design and printing. As Project Editor at David Zwirner, I oversee multiple projects concurrently, working closely with artists and artists\' estates. Before coming to the gallery, I worked with clients including the Curatorial Studies Center at Bard College, New York; LUMA Foundation, Zurich and Arles; and Public Art Fund, New York. I am also an art writer, and have contributed art reviews and features to Time Out New York, Frieze, and Art in America.
