Supporting & contributing to Ansell\'s growth strategy via online channels - Amazon Marketplaces, eCommerce Distributors & Ansell Webstores. Reporting to the eCommerce Key Account Manager EMEA/APAC. • Monitoring catalogue buildout and product information accuracy: product title, description, images, reviews, prices, product specs, cross-sell feeds, etc.• Regular detailed maintenance of listings, correct any inaccuracies appearing in product descriptions, specifications, images, etc. ensuring Ansell assets are appropriately refreshed.• Evaluation of customer reviews to address concerns by amending descriptions, adjusting keywords, coordinating the creation of additional product or marketing content.• Support online distributors by acting as main interface in providing catalogue content, product and brand visuals. Also coordinate the creation of online marketing campaigns collaterals (themed banners, emails.) with Ansell’s internal design agency.• Collaborate with regional Digital Marketing Team to translate and regionalize content to support ecommerce initiatives and expansion to developing markets.• Identify and implement process improvements to increase your efficiency, decrease manual work, reduce quality issues, and enhance the customer experience.
