As a Peace Corps Volunteer and now Volunteer Leader in the Philippines, I am passionate about empowering youth, strengthening communities, and creating cross-cultural collaboration.In my service within the Children, Youth, and Family sector, I have designed and facilitated youth leadership and life skills trainings as well as workshops, organized initiatives to address educational gaps, and supported staff capacity building to ensure sustainable youth development programs.Now, as a Volunteer Leader, I mentor and support incoming and current Volunteers, facilitating their growth while strengthening programming and community.
