As the first Executive Director of Sounds Good Choir, I collaborate closely with our co-founders to lead the organization through a pivotal transformation from startup to established nonprofit. My focus centers on growth initiatives and has included so far a significant merger discussion, our first 3-year strategic plan, program expansion and ongoing succession planning. I am building robust governance structures through board committee development, strengthening our team, and formalizing operations to support SGC\'s continued evolution into a professionally structured organization positioned for long-term stability and impact.
