About Anne Satterlee

I graduated from the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire in 2013 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communications and a minor in Marketing. During my time at UWEC, I was a member of the varsity volleyball team and I hold a passion for the sport to this day. During my free time, I can often be found playing in leagues and tournaments. I moved to the Twin Cities in 2014 to pursue a career in advertising. My schooling fueled my curiosity and enthusiasm for this field and I was able to further pursue my passion by joining the Operations team at Mediaspace Solutions. I have continued to grow with this company moving upward from Operations, to Media Buying, to Healthcare/Digital Planning, and finally to my current position as the Director of National & Medical Media. I am a very hard-working individual. Some of my strengths include my organizational and time-management skills. I utilize these skills and others daily as I manage and supervise a team of media planners & buyers in day-to-day media management while also leading the process of strategic media planning/execution and serving as a resource for the team. I strive to educate and empower my employees with knowledge using a professional and positive approach. My goal is to train, motivate, grow, and evaluate team members, aiding in their career development.Daily, I lead and oversee our media team in strategy, planning, tactical execution, implementation, optimization, and performance analysis of Pharmaceutical and Healthcare client campaigns. I work with clients, agencies, sites/publishers, and internal departments to plan and buy digital and print media in the Healthcare space. This includes analyzing research, data, and proposals, developing media plans, and clearly communicating recommendations to internal teams and clients. I am also tasked with negotiating client projects and developing client relationships, ensuring client budget and target audience is met.I value every opportunity I\'ve received to learn and grow in this industry.
