I currently serve as Counsel at Grossman Young & Hammond, LLC, where I guide a team of attorneys and paralegals in managing complex immigration cases. My work focuses on managing legal strategy for a variety of nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions, ensuring timely and thorough preparation of immigration documentation, and providing creative solutions to complex immigration challenges. I am committed to delivering exceptional client service while representing those navigating the dynamic U.S. immigration landscape. My professional mission is to support individuals and organizations in achieving immigration compliance while addressing legal concerns unique to the personal and business circumstances of each individual client. Beyond my role at GYH, I actively contribute to thought leadership through publications, speaking engagements, and mentorship, emphasizing the critical role of immigration in shaping communities. I also enjoy providing pro bono legal services, and sharing immigration insights with international students at institutes of higher education.
