As a former Asset Manager at Principal Asset Management, I worked on a portfolio of commercial real estate properties in the Northeastern US, covering about 5 million SF of office, industrial, and retail space along with 1,700 multifamily units. I had been with Principal for over ten years, starting as an analyst and progressing to an asset manager role and recently making a career change into the Senior living sector with LCS Real Estate.
