   I provide Project Management for multiple offices around the country. I am responsible for delivering turn-key projects that include lease portfolio management, new built outs, renovations, furniture, repairs and maintenance. I successfully prioritize project oversight and management for multiple locations that vary in size between 1,500 SF to SF and totaling approximately 2 million SF. I provide regular updates and recommendations to senior leadership. I collaborate internal partners, including security programs and telecom specialists to ensure adherence and improve standards. My responsibilities, include but are not limited to, contract administration, market surveys, site selections, lease administration, program requirements, SOW, planning, design, construction administration, QA and drawing review, scheduling, project budgets, A&E, estimating and bid process, move management, FF & E, funding approvals through fiscal appropriation at a minimum. I am responsible for collaborating, developing standards, improving processes and sharing of experience with colleagues and leadership and am considered a subject matter expert and often approached for input and recommendations for improvements to standards and processes.
