Anne M. Monroe, Ph.D. is a seasoned and dynamic leader in higher education with over two decades of progressive leadership experience across community colleges, public and private universities, and nonprofit organizations. She has consistently driven strategic growth and institutional transformation through her expertise in strategic enrollment management, student success, academic affairs, and institutional partnerships.Currently serving as Vice President of Partner Development at the Partnership for Education Advancement, Dr. Monroe develops strategic relationships with minority-serving institutions, identifies scalable solutions for student success and enrollment, and leads organizational development initiatives that enhance service delivery and institutional impact.Previously, she served as Chief of Strategic Enrollment Management at Alamo Colleges District, where she developed and implemented the district\'s first comprehensive enrollment plan. Her leadership contributed to record-setting enrollments and the successful deployment of system-wide initiatives, including CRM integration and academic innovations aligned with workforce needs.Dr. Monroe held several leadership roles at Ruffalo Noel Levitz from 2012 to 2022, culminating in her position as Senior Vice President of Client Experience & Engagement. She transformed client service strategies, increased client retention, and led multimillion-dollar consulting initiatives that improved institutional performance in enrollment and revenue.Earlier roles include Vice President of Academic and Student Affairs at H. Lavity Stoutt Community College in the British Virgin Islands, where she guided the institution through its first accreditation process, and Dean for Student Services at Northwestern Michigan College, where she led enrollment initiatives that significantly improved student persistence and retention.Dr. Monroe is also a committed educator, serving as online faculty for Northcentral University and formerly for University of Phoenix, teaching graduate and undergraduate courses in education and business.A published author and frequent presenter at national and international conferences, Dr. Monroe is recognized for her authentic leadership, strategic vision, and unwavering commitment to advancing student success and institutional excellence.
