   Our mission at Airbnb is to create a world where anyone can belong anywhere. In my role, I manage global relationships pertaining to the Trust and Safety of Airbnb’s stakeholders. At the two year mark, I became the Chief of Staff for our Global Safety and Security Team. In my first year at Airbnb, I aligned our Trust and Safety partnerships with risks to the business, growing our portfolio of external partners by 600%. I also established Airbnb\'s Trust and Safety Advisory Coalition. I am proud to be an Airbnb Host ensuring our mission of Belonging (and Entrepreneurship) thrive as well as a Core Values Interviewer ensuring as Airfam grows, we keep our values present in everything we do. In 2023, I am excited to be the Global Lead for Veterans@ Airbnb.
