I manage several missions in the Program Management team to enable, in the end, plane passengers to have connectivity, i.e. WiFi on board.Risk management- Creation of a mitigation plans, assessment of KPIs and milestones for each risk identified- Bimonthly presentation meetings of the risks to the client- Internal risk reviews with stakeholders and managers- Tracking of Opportunities and Lessons Learnt- Audit with Quality of internal processes- Creation of VBA tools to automate reminders on mitigation action implementation by risk owners and creation of risk presentations for reviewsConsultant management- Definition of processes to renew contracts using Jira tickets- Budget controlling and hours monitoring (Reality vs plan gap)- Resource planning and strategic budget allocations- Communication with Subcontractors. Document delivery reviews- Tracking of delivery status, delays for customer- Presentation of KPIs and status for key milestonesMiscellaneous- JCR, Joint Change Request tracking- Action item tracking- Weekly projects reports to the client, updates in Confluence- Organisation of workshops and milestone meeting (guest admission, logistics.)
