As Chief of Staff for Valtech Americas, Anne partners with the CEO and executive leadership team to define and drive strategic initiatives, optimize efficiency, and accelerate growth while prioritizing the experience of their people. She leads high priority, cross-functional, global programs to successful completion and forms high performing, efficient, collaborative teams. With a focus on transparent and data-driven communication, Anne creates clarity from ambiguity and uses influence to drive decisions. Before becoming Chief of Staff at Valtech, Anne worked as a Consultant and Program Manager within Business Technology groups at several top financial services and healthcare organizations in Chicago. She built the Talent and Operations team for an IT consulting firm and has achieved the PMP, ACSM, CSM and SAFe Certified Agilist certifications.
