People Operations:• Implementation of new People Operations processes and improvement of existing processes• Structured implementation of Personio and ongoing maintenance of HR master data • Carrying out preparatory payroll accounting in collaboration with tax consultants and payroll teams in Germany• Acquisition of labor law expertise in exchange with and through the support of specialist lawyers• Introduction and management of various benefits (e.g. FutureBens, Urban Sports Club, eGYM, Babbel)• Organization and implementation of team events • Implementing regular employee survey to ensure and improve employee engagement (e.g. eNPS)• Internal communication of HR-related topics at locations and remotely Talent acquisition and management:• Support and partial responsibility for recruiting of various roles and teams • Conducting initial interviews and supporting the entire recruiting process up to the conclusion of the contract as well as ongoing management of the employee life cycle• Active sourcing via various channels such as LinkedIn and Wellfound• Further development and improvement of a strategic recruiting strategy in close cooperation with the management team• Planning and implementation of (pre-) onboarding measures
