I’ve spent my career leading strategy, transformation, and large-scale operations within financial services, working at the intersection of customer experience, risk, and organisational change. I recently made a deliberate shift into healthcare innovation to focus on work with more direct, human impact—now supporting CAD Frontiers in advancing cardiovascular care. Outside of work, I value curiosity, courage, and new perspectives. A recent six-month sabbatical travelling the world with my family ultimately led us to relocate to Revelstoke—an experience that continues to shape how I lead and think.
