I am a doctorally prepared nurse leader (DNP, CCRN) with over 25 years of experience advancing clinical quality, professional practice, and system-level performance across healthcare organizations. Throughout my career, I have been driven by a clear purpose: to bridge clinical expertise and operational performance, ensuring that education, technology, and practice work together to improve both patient outcomes and organizational results. My experience spans clinical practice, systemwide education strategy, value analysis, and clinical technology implementation through translating evidence into practice and strategy into measurable improvement. I currently serve as a Field Representative with The Joint Commission, partnering with healthcare organizations to support regulatory readiness, strengthen patient safety, and advance continuous quality improvement. Across my career, I have led initiatives that delivered measurable impact, including driving 95%+ competency compliance, reducing supply costs through evidence-based value analysis, and supporting large-scale clinical program implementations across major health systems such as UPMC and Cleveland Clinic. My background also includes leadership roles in clinical education at Smith+Nephew and Cardinal Health, where I collaborated with physicians, clinical teams, and industry partners to support technology adoption and systemwide clinical improvement. Colleagues describe me as a collaborative, data-driven leader who is equally comfortable working at the bedside, with physicians, or with executive leadership to move initiatives forward.
