In my current role, I oversee a Leadership Team and 10 working creatives. Our work on P&G encompasses a wide range of brand, retail and promotional campaigns with media buys that include point of sale displays, online video, on-site activations, digital, influencer campaigns, sales kits, print and social. My day-to-day role includes creative oversight, strategic project kick offs, leadership coaching, brand planning, internal educational classes and application of consumer research/target markets. In addition, I serve as a mentor, aid in the TL internship program and host internal lunch & learns.Most recently, I have led the P&G Sports Marketing Team’s in-store, social and activation work for the WNBA, NFL, MLS, and Olympics. Additionally, I have worked on F1 and racing activations for both Duracell (with the Williams Racing Team) and Michelin (with Former Top Gear Stig Paul Gerrard).
