About Anne Lewis

Anne is currently the Chief Operating Officer for Trinity Health PACE. Trinity Health operates the largest number of PACE Organizations in the nation with 11 PACE Organizations operating in nine across the. In her role, Anne leads all facets of operations for Trinity\'s owned and managed programs. She serves as a member of Trinity Health PACE\'s National Health Ministry senior leadership team and provides leadership, direction, and support to the operations of Trinity Health PACE Organizations. Additionally, Anne responsible for development and implementation of new PACE Organizations across the United States as well as expansion of existing programs.Anne has over 25 years of health care administration and post-acute care consulting experience. During the last 15 years she has focused on PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) development, operation and expansion at both a local and national level. In addition to her work in PACE she has significant leadership and operational expertise in the fields of home-and-community based services, managed care and behavioral health.
