Responsible for initiatives for cultural change on a global scale (e.g. Agility, Employee Engagement, Mergers & Acquisitions, cross-functional collaboration, new ways of working, Net Promoter Score follow-up). Driving change management in HR transformations, M&A, HRIS projects globally.
